How  to Remove  wrinkles at home- no surgery, no laser

A natural consequence of aging and life are full of wrinkles. Wrinkles are skin irregularities caused by the loss of collagen in particular by sun damage and aging skin.
But there are ways to combat those pesky wrinkles and fine lines.

Exfoliate the top layer of skin
This helps in minimize the fine lines and promotes the growth of new skin. You can use a micro exfoliating twice a week, applying it smoothly yourself at home or you can go to a dermatologist to apply some type of chemical such as glycolic or lactic acid.

Apply vitamin A
Derivatives of vitamin A as retinol and Retin A, can help exfoliate the skin and stimulate collagen production. Many OTC products contain Retinol and Retin A. There is another derivative of vitamin A which is the Tazorac that you can get only by prescription.
Either way always remember to consult a specialist.

Hydrates and moisturizes
Maintaining a certain level of moisture in your body is very important. So you should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day and apply quality moisturizers.
One recommendation is the olive oil and coconut, especially for mature skin. Try to get a deep hydrating mask before each shower.
Remember, Every day not only moisturize your skin with water, but I  also recommend to take supplements that contain omega 3 fatty acids, which helps to keep skin cells strong and full of moisture and decreasing the appearance of fine lines.

Protect your skin from the sun
Sun damage is a major cause of wrinkles, so I recommend using a sunscreen daily and wear wide-brimmed hats and big sunglasses to protect your face and eyes.

Healthy Lifestyle
A regular program of exercise and good sleep are essential to prevent wrinkles. Exercise increases circulation and creates a glow of health. On the other hand, the skin regenerates during sleep, which makes it looks fresh and young.

Facial massage
The facial massage helps stimulate the blood vessels under the skin and helps to relax the facial muscles, also helps in maintaining the elasticity which helps in appearance.
Try gently massaging your face with moves outward and upward with the fingertips and a little coconut oil.

Facial exercise
It may sounds silly, but the exercises helps to smooth facial wrinkles around the eyes. The idea is to make several expressions to help tighten the skin on your face.
Well try to open your eyes and keep all the muscles tense, then move the eyeball from side to side for five seconds.
